Body Flow

Originating from a Chinese material arts form, these Body Flow exercises are used for preventative health care. Benefits include: positive influence on balance, fall risk reduction, improved cardio vascular performance and reduced fibromyalgia symptoms.

Keep Fit Over 50

Under the guidance of a physical therapist, this class incorporates seated exercises on a stool or fitness ball. Slow to moderate motion, well suited for individuals with stiffness and little agility.
